AmeraMex has four business units, Hamre Equipment Inc., Hamre Heavy Haul Industry, which includes Hamre Equipment Acquisiton, Hamre Parts & Service, and John's Radiator. It offers a range of equipment, including front end loaders, scrapers, excavators, backhoes, rock trucks, container handlers, log loaders, forklifts, wheel loaders, trucks, and trailers of which the largest product line is specialized container handling equipment that enables stevedoring companies to quickly and efficiently load and offload container and general freight ships dockside. The company is based in Las Vegas, Nevada and also has operations in Canada, Indonesia, Germany, Singapore, Vietnam, China, Russia, Central America, and Mexico.
