ELECTRIC & GAS serves as a holding company for operating subsidiary corporations. They presently are the owner of 100% of Reynolds and Hydel and own 91.5% of Atmospheric and Magnetics Technology, Inc. and, through such subsidiaries, operate in three distinct business segments: (1) production of atmospheric water, filtration and enhanced water products; (2) the manufacture and sale of natural gas measurement, metering and odorization equipment; and(3) the manufacture and sale of electric meter enclosures and pole-line hardware for the electric utility industry.
